I am a very spiritual individual {spiritual but not religious} and my dance style has carried over into my daily life style. What that means is, I am very deep, and when I dance, I am much deeper. I love all forms of movement, and all styles of Raqs Sharqi/Bellydance/etc... I think are beautiful, but I like dancing in this style so much more because it defines my essence.

I like to'label' it {for those that need a category} Esoteric Bellydance; not that the only fact that it's spiritual, but for the deeper meaning of 'Esoteric'. 'Eso' in greek means 'inner', so all that I do in this dance comes from the inside; I have worked with my inner self inthis dance and that's where it all comes from, the inside. 'It's 'Esoteric' in the sense that I have drawn from different sources of knowledge to give meaning to what I do in this dance.

So I don't use words lightly...I do my research before I put a name to anything. It's truly Esoteric....
