Everything Eric has said about himself, to date -- is true. Very nice fellow. "Geek", problem solver, eloquent, friendly, open, caring. Yep. That's Eric. He is also smart, kind, sweet, understanding -- perhaps critical at times, but that comes with honesty and many only comes out in referral to skills and criticism is how one knows they can improve.
