I figure this is worth a try....

I just got notified that my name came up for a VERY desirable TWO bedroom
apartment in inner southeast, 2nd floor of a two story complex, hardwood floors,
next to green space, on buslines, no smoking complex, pet friendly etc.
It is lovely, in fact, it is on the table for

It is available no sooner than Feb 20th
and is available for viewing this Sat at 10am.
I don;t have the numbers in front of me but remember thinking
that a budget of $1000 a month would cover rent and all utilities....

You'd be living with me, but could possibly have it all to yourself for
awhile if we could figure out a happy financial arrangement, as i am
actually in a pretty good place at the moment but would like to secure this
