Black File 7001: Synopsis of the Federal Witness Protection Program, a clandestine torture experiment.

In 1970 the shadow government proponents within the U.S. infrastructure established the Federal Witness Protection Program with its deceptive title. Witness Security or its acronym the WitSec maintains the surface mandate of protecting federal witnesses who are relocated under the mantra of a “fresh start.”

Beneath the surface, the WitSec, remains shielded from transparent oversight by national security protocols that allow the concealment of a clandestine torture experiment. Within that black project, non-criminal federal witnesses become the unknowing test subjects and monitored laboratory control sample for the applied tactics of psyops terrorism on an invisible minority trapped within a U.S. civilian population.

After voluntary covert national service, the WitSec’s “fresh start” misnomer consumes the once full lyves of non-criminal federal witnesses along with their sense of worth as human beings like that of a catastrophic illness in today’s American society when a person is forced to liquidate all of their generational wealth and more accurately feels like the Nazis’ theft of Jewish wealth during the onslaught of the Holocaust.

These patriots of democracy are alienated away from the mainstream American society they defended with the government’s concealment of their constitutional disenfranchisement that becomes increasingly apparent within a crumbling belief system. This conditioning or programming causes an internal isolation in the minds of non-criminal federal witnesses, which excludes these partisans of liberty from the fabric of the America they fought to serve and protect.

Without genuine access to their equally entitled constitutional freedoms, the lyves of non-criminal federal witnesses compares and contrasts with that of the Jewish people when entire communities were physically walled-off inside of their hometowns while simultaneously being targeted for political persecution by the Nazi SS. Like the Jewish shtetls of the late 1920s in Europe, the once whole and freely functioning lives of non-criminal federal witnesses are transformed into the same void of humanity that became the Jewish Ghettos.

Once compressed into self-isolation, these American veterans are systematically herded into a virtual death camp environment through the psyops tactics used by the WitSec program. The WitSec’s creation of a layered mortal threat environment often targets non-criminal federal witnesses from all directions, which typically causes the defenseless feeling of being overrun by an enemy military force using scatter hell guerilla warfare and split the pie combat tactics.

The transitioning state of psychological institutionalism within the minds of non-criminal federal witnesses enslaves them as invisible non-persons. To observe other mainstream American citizens enjoying the blessings of liberty while the shadow government denies those same freedoms to non-criminal federal witnesses, causes a pain at the core of their souls that cuts deep like the inhuman sting of a slave master’s whip.

This reality causes non-criminal witnesses to identify with the human suffering and injustices committed against all people throughout the world and historically mirrors a similar feeling to that of what the Jewish people experienced when Nazi fascists vandalized and painted swastikas and anti-Semitic slogans on the walls of Orthodox Jewish synagogues, homes and businesses.

Like those human beings made to sew a yellow Star of David on their clothing during the Jewish Holocaust, so to are non-criminal federal witnesses branded by the stigma of having ever been associate with the Federal Witness Protection Program.

This occurs by most people only hearing the term federal witness and never recognizing the non-criminal designation. These combined factors cause the minds and bodies of non-criminal federal witnesses to become a self-consuming vessel that internalizes the negative psychological effects of their virtual concentration camp, which erodes the individual sense of self-identity in human beings to produce thoughts of suicide. Self-Inflicted Pain is one the four desired results produced by torture as documented within Central Intelligence Agency interrogation manuals.

Within his book titled WitSec, Inside the Federal Witness Protection Program, Gerry Shur, the founder of the Federal Witness Security Program, documented the inevitable conclusion caused by WitSec torture programming while citing the psychological conditions that led to the suicide of at least one non-criminal federal witness. The Federal Witness Protection Program frequently attempts to mitigate their culpability for causing the wrongful deaths of non-criminal federal witnesses by disassociating themselves from that responsibility with statements that no federal witness has ever been lost while in the program. Lee Vin Bah charges these statements are the deliberate deceptions of the criminal actors within the workings of the Federal Witness Protection Program. The effects of torture last a lifetime and the named agents and agencies of the U.S. Government under the Bush-Cheney administration are culpable for the resulting harm caused by their psychological torturing of non-criminal federal witnesses both while in or after having exited the WitSec program.

Within the Black File 7001 summary report, Lee Vin Bah charges the Federal Witness Protection Program with operating a clandestine torture experiment that terrorizes non-criminal federal witnesses with actionable offenses committed in political retribution and compounded crimes against humanity, which stand in direct opposition to the WitSec’s federal mandate prohibiting the creation of a mortal threat environment around federal witnesses.

The overwhelming negative psychological effects caused by controlled WitSec experimentation, alters the personalities of non-criminal federal witnesses. This begins with the complete erasing of the non-criminal federal witness’s identity, which produces the same cause and effect as the mind control and brainwashing programs conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency.

The self-destructive progression that occurs from psychological torture is accentuated with the creation of a “bubble boy” existence that allows the sight of every other American citizen recognizing the full benefit of constitutional civil liberties and inalienable human rights while the non-criminal federal witness is unable to penetrate the invisible membrane, which further compresses their existence, prevents movement in any direction, and virtually creates the total loss of the genuine freedom guaranteed every person under the U.S. Constitution.

Non-criminal federal witnesses are the trumpeters of justice by their above and beyond participation in the service and defense of their nation against all enemies foreign and domestic as contrasted by the federal whistle blowers who typically report a violation and go about their daily lives. Non-criminal federal witnesses are American veterans of voluntary covert national service and are neither criminals nor felons. Non-criminal federal witnesses unknowingly become the test subjects within a black project torture experiment shrouded within the Federal Witness Protection Program. The Federal Witness Protection Program remains exclusively designed for criminal and custodial federal witnesses.

Non-criminal federal witnesses are American patriots who performed voluntary national service because of their love for the American people. Lee Vin Bah, while facing overwhelming odds when he believed his life might be forfeited in the service of his nation, Bah would often superimpose the faces of his loved ones over those of every good American citizen to complete his mission while fighting for the greater family that is the American people. Today the men and women who are non-criminal federal witnesses stand invisibly beside you as your human brothers and sisters who have been tortured and sold into slavery by their own government.

In 1970 the Federal Witness Protection Program became another perversion of language to conceal the latest torture experiment of the shadow government. The WitSec was predicated upon the evolutionary genocidal formulas initially developed in the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camps and the subsequent test results produced by the various black projects of the Central Intelligence Agency with names like MK-ULTRA, Bluebird, Artichoke, and 149 subprojects. These clandestine programs of the Central Intelligence Agency were initially operated by the 1,600 Nazi war criminals imported to America during “Operation Paperclip” in 1946. World War two might have officially ended but Nazism found a new home within the U.S. infrastructure and that fascist component became what today is commonly referred to as the shadow government.

Since the end of the second world war, shadow government agents, with many having had allegiance to Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party have continued to strategically position their members within key controlling positions within every strata of the U.S. Government, the corporate media, the banking industry, corporate entities, and the military industrial complex. These anti-American traitors are responsible for causing the wrongful deaths of every U.S. Military Service member and innocent human being who has died to create a protagonist hero and villain scenario from which to fabricate the medium of war for profit that perpetuates the veiled continuing criminal enterprises of their corporatist global consortiums.

A blackops component within the U.S. Government has declared Constitutional Civil War against the American people. This erosion of democracy has been affected through warrantless wiretapping technologies, insidious fear tactics that today use fluctuating gasoline prices in place of color coded terrorism alerts, psyops terrorism, and a subversive control over the free press that erodes the sovereign thought process. The shadow government is a parasitic entity within the U.S. infrastructure that has been afforded the means to increasingly produce a toxic American society that has paralleled the evolutionary development of something cousin to the ghettos and Nazi concentration camps of the Jewish Holocaust. For nearly four decades, 1,080 Non-criminal federal witnesses and their families have remained the unknowing test subjects within the U.S. Government’s torture experiment code name WitSec.
