about me
In the SCA, Yseult is an early 13th century Anglo-Norman of the minor nobility who took a pilgrimage to the shrine of St. James (St. Iago de Compostella) in the Iberian peninsula and decided to remain. She resides in Cordoba and enjoys learning more about the arts and culture of her muslim neighbors. Yseult is also a scribe (mainly illumination) and lampworker.
In the real world, I am a transplanted Jersey girl living in central Virginia. I enjoy cooking and am currently experimenting with Catalan cuisine. Still learning to bellydance and trying to master the art of playing with fire & melting glass. I am also a K9 trainer (basic obedience and schutzhund) and retired equestrienne (dressage). I enjoy playing in the dirt too - herb & veggie gardening as well as landscaping, and "mud bogging" on occasion with the hubby in his Jeep.
