about me
In the SCA, Yseult is an early 13th century Anglo-Norman of the minor nobility who took a pilgrimage to the shrine of St. James (St. Iago de Compostella) in the Iberian peninsula and decided to remain. She resides in Cordoba and enjoys learning more about the arts and culture of her muslim neighbors. Yseult is also a scribe (mainly illumination) and lampworker.
In the real world I am a shepherd, locavore who enjoys cooking, eating and wine. Trying to master the arts of bellydance, weaving, playing with fire & melting glass. I enjoy playing in the dirt too - herb & veggie gardening, landscaping, pondscaping and "mud bogging" on occasion with the hubby in his Jeep.
And the latest and greatest achievement - finishing a complete manuscript for a young adult fantasy story. I'm officially a writer!
