Just read the book the Shack. It is pretty moving, I relate to the character Mack as I lost a daughter also, a victim of murder. It was hard to put down, I found it quiet compelling.

This morning I went with Tracie to this nudist camp for the first time. It was relaxing and a bit nerve racking to be honest. Not everyone is a model, in fact many of the people there were overweight. So what! The freedom of being outdoors and nude was something I hadn't experienced since I was a kid skinny dipping in my teacher, Miss Lewis swimming pool. I enjoyed swimming at the pool the most today.

I recently biked 32 miles on the Creeper trail in and around Damascus Va. It was a beautiful trail, about 30 bridges cross the first 17 miles of it. we tool a shuttle up so the first half was easy/ it got hard after the 17 mile point.

I feel like a volcano, as if the ferocity of a thousand oceans was stored with my arms, legs and torso. If I don't work out on a mountian bike and weights I get so cranky. As a boy and teenager I never understood this. How did I come from such an inactive family???!!!
