We are buying a house in north portland near the eagle we close on the 21st of march 2008 this week. very exciting, we got in at the end of the realestate debacle and if we were just starting the prosess of buying a house today we wouldnt be able to do it in this market.........Our realestate agent is great but he is going to get a part time job. nothing is selling. well after sol made some ludicrous demands..........and i spoke to a lawyer........the easiest way to get a drug addict (take your pick its not just one drug you know) out of your house is to offer them money sooooooo, its cheap 500 dollars to leave my house and my life forever, some things can never be forgiven.
