I feel like shit physically. I must be a workaholic. I'm pissed because I can't get everything done that I want to. It's teaching me how easy it is for me to get stuck in the mud. I've gotta shift gears. If I can't move in 5th, I can still make some moves in 1st gear. The only way I'll really get my ass in gear is to sit still.
