Hi y'all
Just wanted to post and say how good life is. Damn am I friggin lucky....
I am in such a good rhythm today, sober, alive thriving. Am so gratefull to not need the ways of my past, the relationships I nurtured that would kill me are gone to people places and things. In its place I have real old good friends, some new ones, a good work routine, my voice back and dreams for my future.

I have been very very busy, yes... indeedy....Toronto is a brutal,. agrro city that demands a full investment in work just to make bills. It has not been greta here, but it will be three yeasr this decmeber first. Twas not here by choice, but am glad I landed for a while...to get sober and restrengthen bonds with my oldest friends and sober family. My time here is winding down it feels like, I will keep y'all in tha loop when announcement time is ready////
