Aftermath

then there was Juarez...

Post Afghanistan...a week in Juarez, Mexico where I see more Third World Genre. The following week I'm back into the realm of the consuming. The transition probably saved me from sniping patrons from the First Interstate Building downtown LA. I've made it home. The LBC. My tribal ways but a memory in rush hour traffic along the 405. Glutenous gas monsters belching in all lanes...have we any shame? Fossil fuel prices rise. Troops die at 70 dollars a barrel. I brood often. Mexico is my new therapy. NAFTA, the great trade idea...and the fuel prices rise. Border towns expoited...ahhhh. Life is good. Restless friends and my Muse...revoltion is near. I smell it in Lily's skin...and see it in the empty cup of the poor.
