about me
I'm a 31 year old college student, studying for a business degree. I'm also a caregiver for my mom, who has Huntington's disease. I've been a home cook since I was twelve. About eight years ago, I started cooking for a living. I gave up the business about two years ago to go back to school. I would like to open my own BBQ/brew-pub place. I LOVE cooking outdoors, even in the wintertime.

Nothing to do at 4 a.m. (blog entry) I've been messing around with my profile, finally! Just bought a new digicam, so all of you can see what I look like. They say the camera adds ten pounds. If that's true my head must look huge. Damn my neck hurts!

I had been thinking about a name for my blog, when I saw the film "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" and thought of the name you see now. What do you think? Going to Hawaii
