Sharing some costuming information with fellow Costumers and Dancers. We all love the feel of Silk. Silk is wonderful for dancing. It has that "airy" "floating" quality that takes our costumes to that next level.
For Tang Dynasty costumes, Habotai silk is the way to go! Here is a break down on the silk weights.

Re: Female Japanese Pop/Lock Dancer (in awesomely unique dance videos) That was cool. I saw a video of her dancing when she was only 9yrs old. She was amazing then. But, wow! She has gotten really good.
Her back bend and holding it. Breath taking.
