I started belly dancing in May 2008 and I love it and was very surprised at how much. I'm here to find out about different events and workshops and to hopefully gain tips on dancing and costume making and talk to people with a passion for belly dancing!

BDSS Tour 2009 (blog entry) Am so excited about the BDSS Tour coming to London - I now have my ticket booked as well as travel and I can't wait - shame it's not in TQ again but will def be worth the trip!

Belly Dancer Name (blog entry) Have now chosen a belly dancer name in an attempt to get into character when i dance. It means fantasies so i thought that was ideal as i'm sure when most people perform they become someone else to their everyday persona.

Race for Life (blog entry) I'll be running - yes actually running - the Race for Life 5k and at the moment I can complete it in 40 minutes. I'm training hard in the gym and I'm hoping to complete the distance in 30 minutes.

1st Performance?
Just went to my first hafla in over a year and it really made me realise just how out of it I've been! I didn't even have the confidence to get up there to dance at the disco! Race for Life
I'll be running - yes actually running - the Race for Life 5k and at the moment I can complete it in 40 minutes. I'm training hard in the gym and I'm hoping to complete the distance in 30 minutes.

I hate running but this is a cause I really believe in so I'm prepared to push myself to the limits to raise as much as I can. Recently two people I know have been diagnosed with and are receiving treatment for breast cancer and both my great aunt and my nan have had it in the past.

House Hunting
