so apparently albert woodfox was released from jail in july (www.democracynow.org/2008/7/...ines#14) then today a judge required that the state of lousiana dismiss charges or retry. almost a step in the right direction....my favorite part is that the new york times (www.nytimes.com/2008/09/26...CA_BRF.html fails to mention the witnesses were coerced into falsely testifying. god forbid we put that in a major newspaper that our government FUCKED up b...
