The top of the day to you...

Last month we talked about the 3 Commandments of eating to control stress and this month I want to share with you just a little bit about the 2 very famous diets today which are very dangerous to your health and stress levels. "The Atkins Diet" and "The South Beach Diet"! I know I've raised some red flags here but let's just touch base on them for you.

"The Atkins Diet"

Let's look at some of the Prestigious Medical Journals. In the Angiology 2000, people who followed the Atkins Diet for only 1 year had 40% decreased blood flow to the heart.

Then in the South Med Journal 2002 we read about those who have died only after 2 Months on being on that diet.

There is a website called www.AtkinsDietAle rt.org for those who wanted to report where they have developed problems from this diet and it became so large that doctors became alarmed to such a degree that they urged the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to take immediate action.

In May 2004 issue of the Annals of Internal Medicine where 59 patients were followed and assigned to a low carbohydrate (Meat Based) diet and significant adverse effects were noted including constipation in 68 Percent of them, headaches in 60% of them, Muscle Cramps in 35% of them and weaknesses in 25%, I guess it obvious that the heart is not the only organ suffering with this High Protein Diet. We actually call it the Rush Diet. Either you are rushing to have Heart Disease or Kidney Disease but sooner or later you will have one or both of them.

No time in our history has young women died from Cardiac Arrest and Heart Attacks then right now. When these High Protein Diets increase in Populations, then there is a very real comparison with these two problems. Now let me share with you the differences between Cardiac Arrest and Heart Attacks.

Heart Attacks usually occur as a result of blockage to the heart. Cardiac Arrest is where the heart's electrical system gets out of whack, much like a power shortage or outage to the heart.

According to the Atkins' Death Certificate, Atkins Medical history included a heart attack, high blood pressure and a fattening heart. Also he was 6 feet tall and 258 pounds = Morbidly obese. Not too cool for someone who claimed his program reverses heart disease and lead to permanent weight loss. I am going to ask you this. Would you learn to fly an airplane from someone who crashed? I DON'T THINK SO!

"The South Beach Diet"

This Diet is all Wet as physicians say. Here the author (Agatston) claims that eating a baked potato is less fattening when it has cheese and sour cream all over it compared to just eating the plain baked potato. HELLLLO!

He tells the reader to eat ice cream and chocolate but not potatoes and to eat bacon and cheese but not watermelon and then to take cholesterol lowering drugs as he does.

He talks about losing belly fat first. Well every nutritional scientist worldwide knows that where one loses and gains weight on their bodies is genetically determined and not dependent on the method of weight loss, but telling people what they want to hear without regard for accuracy is counter productive and a health hazard.

This author gives no evidence to the erroneous claims he makes in this program. I feel this diet is a great disservice to the American people. He uses his credentials as a cardiologist to market the false claim that high protein is heart healthy. I hate to sound brash but it's obvious that he doesn't seem to care about if people get the right information as long as he sells books.

We need to learn how to eat correctly and not Diet. That's what we teach and is what you are going to be learning when you go to www.BeatingB urnoutSpecial.com I mean we have to eat anyway, why not make it the best. We are special and deserve the best.

So this was my quest after being sick and tired of so many diets. We weren't schooled on how to eat. We learned to eat from the TV and from what our parents served us or what they had in school lunches and man, that's a joke in most schools and even the many, many teachers I've consulted with, will all say the same thing. I ask some kids what they ate today and most all of them who ate at the school cafeterias didn't have a clue what it was. It was like gravy and chunky and since they didn't like the taste of it they went to the soda machine and snack machine and well you know the routine. You are going to learn how to eat with the way the body was designed and not from some theory or the like. Nutrition is a science and never changes, it's how we apply it that changes.

Now I don't want you to think that you have to go and completely figure this whole thing out. It's all done for you. This is why we have our Stress website available for you. www.Beati ngBurnoutSpecial.com

You now have the food end of your life under control to completely control stress along with all the many Audio Programs and Special Reports and CD's! This is about the best deal on the Internet when it comes to Beating Stress in your life once and for all.

(September 30th) we will discover the real truth about "The Atkins Diet" &amp; "The South Beach Diet" and how toxic they are for you. It will blow you away with all the information I have for you.

Next month October 29th we'll find out about SUPPLEMENTATION or VITAMINS as you know them PLUS the 3 Special Things To Remember When You Sit Down To Eat:

Don't miss them!

========================== ===================

A lot of the times I put some small 3 x 5 cards around the house to help keep me positive and reinforced for the day and I'd like to share a couple of them with you in our monthly articles which are a totally different format from our weekly menus that go out every week except the last week of the month where we dedicate this one to stress, motivation and marketing.

MY POSITIVE APHORISM OF THE MONTH IS

&lt; /p>

"When you hear that a person just died....

From some virus they found in his hide

Quite often you'll find

That if you learned how he dined

That it should have been called suicide!"

<div>This was skillfully researched and written by my future PhD friend LEONA SCANLAN, currently a toxicology student, so i dont wanna hear any backtalk!

ENJOY!

Abstract
Nitrous oxide (N2O) is commonly used as an anesthetic as well as a recreational drug. This paper discusses the history of nitrous oxide use and its therapeutic mode of action in the brain. The toxicological effects of nitrous oxide on mammal systems, specifically on cobalamin and cytochrome c oxidase, are also addressed as nitrous oxide exposure can cause a variety of negative side effects such as significant vitamin B12 (cobalamin) deficiency, myeloneuropathy (Shulman et al. 2006), and teratogenesis (Mazze et al. 1987).

Introduction
A chemist named Joseph Priestley developed N2O in 1772 (Shulman et al. 2006) by heating ammonium nitrate with iron filings and forcing the resulting NO gas through water (Cameron and May 2007) where it reacted to make N2O (Figure 1). Priestley thought N2O might have potential medical uses, but never tested it (Wright 1996). Later, physician Thomas Beddoes took an interest in N2O as a drug, and studied it with Humphry Davy, who in the late 1780’s recommended “It may probably be used with advantage during surgical operations," (Wright 1996).

However, nitrous oxide was not used medically until 1844, after dentist Horace Wells observed its effects on a man using it at a public show and began to experiment with the drug (Wright 1996). Prior to that, the general public enjoyed N2O recreationally in these public shows called “nitrous oxide capers”, where they would “pay a small price to inhale a minute's worth of the gas” (Cameron and May 2007). Currently, nitrous oxide is used as a food aerosol propellant and engine accelerant as well as an anesthetic and recreational drug (Shulman et al. 2006).

Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism and Excretion
Nitrous oxide is a gas at room temperature, with a melting point of -91 degrees Celsius and a boiling point of -88.5 degrees Celsius (OSHA 2007). It is soluble in organic compounds such as alcohol or ether and is only slightly soluble in water (OSHA 2007). Upon exposure, it is readily absorbed into the lung membranes before diffusing into the blood, brain and other organs (Wenker 1999). Since it is more soluble in fats than in water, it has a low blood/gas partition coefficient (0.47): When the gas is in equilibrium in the body, the blood concentration will be 0.47 times that of the concentration in fatty tissues (Wenker 1999). People are exposed to N2O occupationally, such as in operating rooms that are improperly ventilated or in rocket fuel formulation (OSHA 2007); when treated with N2O as an anesthesia; or recreationally, by inhaling the gas through a balloon or mask.

Once in the blood, nitrous oxide diffuses into air-containing cavities such as the bowel, pneumothorax, or middle ear, where it can increase pressure, cause “air embolism”, and possibly lead to death (Wenker 1999). This is because the N2O enters the space 34 times faster than nitrogen can leave it, causing “dangerous accumulation of volume… The volume of air within a pneumothorax can double within 10 minutes if 70 percent nitrous oxide is administered,” (Wenker 1999). Nitrous is most often administered with 30% pure oxygen to rapidly achieve high concentrations of N2O in the lungs and brain (Bezzant 1997) while preventing hypoxemia.

Although some nitrous oxide is reduced and degraded by intestinal bacteria (Bezzant 1997), most is eliminated through the lungs. Einarsson et al. in 1993 showed that the mean pulmonary nitrous oxide excretion rate in humans is 987 ml/min one minute after exposure to the drug is stopped. This rate declines sharply as the concentration of nitrous in the body is reduced, then levels off (Figure 2). Einarsson et al. found no difference between the rates of excretion in treatments lasting 30, 60 or 120 minutes, and believe the body is saturated with N2O by 30 minutes of exposure (1993).

Mode of Action and Toxicity
While in the body, nitrous oxide interacts with different molecules and enzymes. It exerts its anesthetic effects by interacting with the N-methyl-D-Aspartate (NMDA) glutamate receptor. This decreases excitatory neural transmission and, in addition to causing analgesia, can “prevent CNS neurodegredation in conditions such as stroke, status epilepticus and head trauma” (Jevtovi-Todorovi et al. 1998). However, NMDA antagonists such as N2O can also inhibit GABAergic neurons (Figure 3), causing glutamatergic and cholinergic excitation and can lead to severe damage of the cerebrocorticoid (Jevtovi-Todorovi et al. 1998).

The main form of nitrous oxide toxicity arises when nitrous interacts with cobalamin, also known as Vitamin B12. N2O irreversibly oxidizes the cobalt ion in the B12 molecule, forming to Co+2 or Co+3 from Co+1 (Figure 4). This attaches to and inactivates methionine synthase (MS) (Riedel et al. 1999). Cobalamin is an essential cofactor for MS and for mitochondrial-L-methylmalonyl-CoA mutase (MCM). MCM requires the adenosyl form of cobalamin (AdoCbl) to catalyze the conversion of L-methylmalonyl-CoA to succinyl-CoA, whereas MS uses the methylated cobalamin cofactor (CH3Cbl) to transfer a methyl group from 5-methyltetrahydrofolate to homocysteine (Figure 5), forming tetrahydrofolate and methionine (Riedel et al. 1999). In an experiment done on cultured human glioma cells, exposure to N2O rapidly inactivated MS and led to reduced CH3Cbl formation, which caused AdoCbl depletion and led to low MCM activity (Riedel et al. 1999). In order to recover from exposure to nitrous oxide and the resulting cobalamin deficiency, the body has to synthesis new MS (Riedel et al. 1999).

Cobalamin deficiency and reduced MS and MCM activity can have profound effects on the body. Methionine is essential for the biosynthesis of myelin sheath protein, which surrounds the axons of some neurons and propagates signal transmission; tetrahydrofolate is essential in DNA synthesis; and MCM is important in carbohydrate and lipid synthesis and metabolism (Sung et al. 2005). Cobalamin deficiency can lead to hematologic effects such as pernicious amenia as well as neurologic disorders such as myelin degeneration, peripheral neuropathy, optic neuropathy, and cognitive impairment (Sung et al. 2005).

Some people who develop acute neurological or hematological disorders from N2O either have a pre-existing medical condition, or are exposed to the drug for an unusually long time. For example, in one case study published by Sung et al. in 2005, a man developed “subacute combined degeneration” of the myelin sheath after an unusually long 11-hour exposure to nitrous during surgery. The patient was also diabetic and had previously been slightly disabled from a stroke. Sung et al. believe that preexisting neurologic conditions complicate both the generation and diagnosis of spinal cord disease after prolonged exposure to N2O. Since it is the interaction of nitrous with cobalamin that can cause such problems, Sung et al. advocate screening for cobalamin oxidation status and cobalamin-deficiency before patients are exposed to anesthesia. Cobalamin is an essential nutrient found in meat and dairy products. Its minimum recommended daily intake is 2 to 4μg for both men and women, and it usually takes three to six years of deficiency before symptoms are evident (Rafik et al. 2002). People who do not consume animal products, such as vegans, or those with a higher nutritional need, such as pregnant women, may be at a higher risk for cobalamin deficiency and nitrous oxide toxicity.

Another interesting case study is one in which a female in Australia chronically abused nitrous oxide. She recreationally inhaled nitrous oxide from 130 whipped-cream bulbs per day for six weeks before she became paralyzed and was diagnosed with acute kidney failure, deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, severe cognitive deficits, progressive limb weakness, and severe diffuse encephalopathy/brain dysfunction (Shulman et al. 2006). Her cobalamin levels were significantly reduced at125pmol/l, normal is >210. After eight months of rehabilitation she was able to walk short distances with help and “manage self cares”, but she still needed a wheelchair for longer distances and will have “significant residual neurological deficits” (Shulman et al. 2006).

Exposure to nitrous oxide can cause brain damage via hypoxia (Fernando and Nissanka, 1992). It is not practical or safe to use nitrous oxide as an anesthetic alone, as very high concentrations of it are needed to induce anesthetic effects. The minimum alveolar concentration (MAC) is a value that “represents the alveolar concentration of an anesthetic (at one atmosphere) that prevents movement in 50 percent of the subjects in response to pain” (Wenker 1999). The MAC for nitrous oxide is 104 percent, which means that 104 percent of air being inspired needs to be pure nitrous oxide in order to be effective. This is only possibly in a high-pressure chamber, and is not conducive to oxidative respiration.

When high concentrations of nitrous oxide are used, oxygen in the lungs is rapidly depleted. Respiration increases and the carbon dioxide in tissues decreases, which leads to a depression of the medullary center in the brain and to respiratory failure (Fernando and Nissanka, 1992). For this reason, other anesthetics are used in combination with N2O to mediate its apoxic effects. For example, GABAergic analgesics such as barbiturates, which are injected or taken in pill-form, and isoflurane, which is inhaled, reduce the amount of nitrous oxide needed for sedation (Jevtovi-Todorovi et al. 1998). Even though Isoflurane is inhaled as well, its MAC is 1.15 percent, much lower than nitrous (Wenker 1999). An additional benefit to using GABAergic agents in combination with N2O is the reduction of neurotoxic side effects from nitrous oxide (Jevtovi-Todorovi et al. 1998).

Nitrous oxide has been shown to interact with heart tissue as well as with brain tissue. Einarsdottir and Caughey in 1988 showed that cytochrome oxidase (CcO) in the bovine heart is oxidized by nitrous oxide (Figure 6), which inhibits the enzyme’s ability to transfer electrons to oxygen, the final electron acceptor during cellular respiration. The CcO activity is reduced by 40 percent (Table 1) and effects respiration, blood circulation, brain activity, and neuromuscular transmission (Einarsdottir and Caughey 1998). Unlike the oxidation of cobalamin by nitrous oxide, the oxidation of cytochrome c oxidase is reversible (Figure 7) when elemental nitrogen is applied as a reducing agent (Einarsdottir and Caughey 1998).

Lane et al. in 1980 showed that nitrous oxide is teterogenic in rats. They exposed pregnant female rats to 75 percent nitrous oxide and 25 percent oxygen or to xenon, an inert gas also used as an anesthetic and in this case as control, for 24 hours on the ninth day of pregnancy. Exposure to nitrous oxide caused fetal resorption and birth defects such as skeletal anomalies, encephalocele (where the head does not close properly), anophthalmia (a lack of eyes), microphthalmia (small eyes), and gastroschisis (where the intestines bulge out of the midsection). Exposure to xenon under the same conditions did not result in teratogenesis (Lane et al. 1980). This finding “suggests that the results with nitrous oxide are drug-specific and are not related to the properties of anesthetics in general” (Mazze et al. 1987).

Mazze et al. in 1987 set out to determine the threshold of toxicity for teratogensis of nitrous oxide. They found that pregnant rats exposed to 35 percent nitrous oxide and 65 percent oxygen for 24 hours on the ninth day of pregnancy did not have an increase in the rate of teratogenisis, but that rats exposed to 50 percent nitrous oxide did (Mazze et al. 1987). Rats are exposed on their ninth day of pregnancy because it was shown by Sheppard and Frank in 1968 that days eight to ten is the most susceptible time period for teratogenesis from nitrous oxide exposure in rats (Mazze et al. 1987).

Pretreatment with folinic acid or folate can mediate the teratogenetic effects of nitrous oxide on rats. In a study done in 1986, rats that were treated with folate while being exposed to nitrous oxide showed no difference from the untreated control group, whereas the nitrous oxide-only group bore fetuses with five-times the amount skeletal defects (Keeling et al.). Since folate is necessary for DNA synthesis, it is possible that the fetotoxic effects of nitrous oxide arise from the reduced folate levels caused by inhibited methionine synthase.

Extrapolation of the rat data to humans should be done “with caution” (Mazze et al. 1987), especially because most pregnant women would not be exposed to nitrous for 24 hours straight. It was shown that interference with DNA synthesis occurred in a man exposed to nitrous oxide for less than two hours (Mazze et al. 1987), but, as mentioned before, other hematological and neural problems usually do not occur unless a person is at risk in some way. Recreational users do not usually inhale large quantities for long periods of time, although there have been cases of dentists becoming impaired from chronic nitrous abuse (Myers, 2003).

Biomarkers of nitrous oxide exposure in humans include hyperhomocystinemia (Sung et al. 2005), oxidized cobalamin or cytochrome c oxidase, pernicious anemia and physiological changes in myelin as can be seen in MRIs (Shulman et al. 2006).

    </a>
										<div>
Hello all,

This weekend billions across the world will be celebrating ‘Christmas’ or, as many believe, the day that Jesus Christ was born. This is a wonderful example of the way a falsehood can become accepted ‘truth’ simply through repetition.

Firstly, there is no evidence whatsoever that ‘Christ’ was born on our December 25th (and outside the who-wrote-them? Gospels precious little support for a man called Jesus existing at all). Secondly, the origins of the festival of ‘Christmas’ have nothing whatsoever to do with Christ or Christianity.

They go way back into the ancient world thousands of years before the Christian religion, to Babylon and elsewhere. When the Church of Babylon relocated to Rome to become the Roman Church, which founded bricks-and-mortar Christianity, all the myths, beliefs and rituals of Babylon were simply renamed. In Babylon, for example, the ‘Father God’ was Nimrod, the virgin-born-son was Tammuz (a reincarnation of Nimrod, they said, so ‘Father and Son were one’), and the virgin mother was Queen Semiramis or ‘Ishtar’, who was said to have been impregnated by the rays of the sun (Nimrod). In Rome, Nimrod became the Biblical ‘Father God’; Tammuz became Jesus; and Queen Semiramis/Ishtar became Mother Mary. December 25th itself was celebrated as ‘Natalis invictis solis’, which means ‘the birthday of the unconquered Sun’.

The winter solstice was celebrated in Babylon as the birthday of Tammuz (also Dumuzi), the god of vegetation. It was said that Nimrod would visit the evergreen tree and leave gifts upon it. Friends and family would exchange gifts as they do with Christmas. In Egypt, Horus, the son of the virgin mother, Isis, the Egyptian Semiramis or ‘Queen of Heaven’, was born 'about the time of the winter solstice’. The Christian ‘Yule-day’ comes from Babylon with the Chaldee name, 'yule', meaning 'infant' or 'little child'. December 25th was known as 'Yule-day,' or the 'Child's-day,' in the Pagan world and the night that preceded it was known as 'Mother-night’. The wassailing bowl of Christmas had its precise counterpart in the 'drunken festival' of Babylon and the candles, lit by some on Christmas Eve, were used in the same way on the eve of the festival of the Babylonian god.

The mid-winter festival of Babylon became known in Rome as Saturnalia, which began in the week leading up to the winter solstice. It was a time for much food and drink and ‘having fun’. Around the same period there was also Juvenalia, a feast honouring the children of Rome, while others celebrated the ‘birth’ of the mythical sun god called Mithra on our December 25th. The Mithra myth was remarkably like the stories and symbols attributed to the later ‘Jesus’, who was also given the ‘sun god’ birthday of December 25th. This was because it fell shortly after the day the sun was said to ‘die’, the winter solstice when the sun reaches the lowest point of its power in the northern hemisphere. December 25th is date when the sun was said to have been ‘born’ or ‘born again’ to begin its journey to the peak of its power at the summer solstice. Alexander Hislop writes in The Two Babylons:

‘And first, as to the festival in honour of the birth of Christ, or Christmas. How comes it that that festival was connected with the 25th of December? There is not a word in the Scriptures about the precise day of His birth, or the time of the year when He was born. What is recorded there, implies that at what time soever His birth took place, it could not have been on the 25th of December. At the time that the angel announced His birth to the shepherds of Bethlehem, they were feeding their flocks by night in the open fields. Now, no doubt, the climate of Palestine is not so severe as the climate of this country; but even there, though the heat of the day be considerable, the cold of the night, from December to February, is very piercing, and it was not the custom for the shepherds of Judea to watch their flocks in the open fields later than about the end of October. It is in the l! ast degree incredible, then, that the birth of Christ could have taken place at the end of December. There is great unanimity among commentators on this point …

… Indeed, it is admitted by the most learned and candid writers of all parties that the day of our Lord's birth cannot be determined, and that within the Christian Church no such festival as Christmas was ever heard of until the third century, and that not till the fourth century was far advanced did it gain much observance.’

It was then that the ‘birthday’ of Jesus became a Christian holiday – the same day as the sun gods (of which he is another symbol). It was known as the Feast of the Nativity and spread to Egypt by 432, to England by the end of the sixth century and to Scandinavia two hundred years later. As James George Frazier writes in The Golden Bough: ‘The largest pagan religious cult which fostered the celebration of December 25 as a holiday throughout the Roman and Greek worlds was the pagan sun worship -- Mithraism.’ He adds: ‘This winter festival was called “the Nativity” -- the “nativity of the sun”.’ The History Channel website says:

‘By holding Christmas at the same time as traditional winter solstice festivals, church leaders increased the chances that Christmas would be popularly embraced, but gave up the ability to dictate how it was celebrated. By the Middle Ages, Christianity had, for the most part, replaced pagan religion. On Christmas, believers attended church, then celebrated raucously in a drunken, carnival-like atmosphere similar to today's Mardi Gras. Each year, a beggar or student would be crowned the "lord of misrule" and eager celebrants played the part of his subjects. The poor would go to the houses of the rich and demand their best food and drink. If owners failed to comply, their visitors would most likely terrorize them with mischief. Christmas became the time of year when the upper classes could repay their real or imagined "debt" to society by entertaining lessfort! unate citizens.

This is basically what happened in Rome with Saturnalia. The two festivals were one and the same and the symbols of the ancient Pagan mid-winter festivals are still with us today under the guise of the Christian ‘Christmas’.

The Christmas Tree

This was common in Pagan Egypt and Pagan Rome. In Egypt they used the palm-tree and Rome it was the fir. The mother of Adonis, the sun-god, was said to have been changed into a tree to give birth to her divine son. After Nimrod's untimely death, Queen Semiramis established a Messiah doctrine which was adopted subsequently by many Pagan religions. She claimed that a full-grown evergreen tree sprang overnight from a dead tree stump, which symbolised the springing forth unto new life of the dead Nimrod. On each anniversary of his birth, she claimed, Nimrod would visit the evergreen tree and leave gifts upon it. December 25th was the birthday of Nimrod. In the Ancient Mysteries the tree and the Yule log symbolized the violent death and resurrection of Nimrod. The log stripped of his branches represented Nimrod cut off in the midst of his power and glory, but there then sprung from it a young tree of an entirely different! kind, which represented Nimrod coming to life again. This was the ‘Christmas’ or Nimrod Tree.

Alexander Hislop also says of the tree/yule log symbolism:

‘Therefore, the 25th of December, the day that was observed at Rome as the day when the victorious god reappeared on earth, was held at the Natalis invicti [Nati-vity] solis, 'The birthday of the unconquered Sun.' Now the Yule Log is the dead stock of Nimrod, deified as the sun-god, but cut down by his enemies; the Christmas-tree is Nimrod redivivus -- the slain god come to life again.’

Santa Claus

Santa (anagram of Satan) is the ‘all-knowing god’ who knows everything that children do and think. This figure is connected with Hertha, the German version of Isis, the ‘virgin’ wife of Osiris (Egypt’s Nimrod) and mother of Horus (Egypt’s Tammuz/Jesus). Santa's sleigh is a representation of the Babylonian chariot pulling the sun god through the sky. This was originally pulled by winged reptilians. Eventually stags, venerated in the Babylonian Mysteries, replaced the winged griffins and went on to become the reindeer and sleigh.

Mistletoe and Holly

Witches and pagans regarded the red holly as a symbol of the menstrual blood of the queen of heaven, Queen Semiramis, also known as Diana. In The Two Babylons, Alexander Hislop says of kissing under the mistletoe:

‘That mistletoe bough in the Druidic superstition, derived from Babylon, was a representation of their Messiah, 'the Man the branch.' [Nimrod]. The mistletoe was regarded as a divine branch, a branch that came from heaven and grew upon a tree that sprang out of the earth. Thus, by the engrafting of the celestial branch into the earthly tree, heaven and earth, which sin had severed, were joined together.’

Two hundred years before the alleged ‘birth of Christ’, the Druids used mistletoe to celebrate the coming of winter. The early church banned the use of mistletoe in Christmas celebrations because of its pagan origins. Instead, church fathers suggested the use of holly as an appropriate substitute - when Holly also has Pagan ritual origins.

Some Christians do understand that ‘Christ’mas is actually ‘Nimrod’mas. A few years ago the Dean of Westminster Abbey, Wesley Carr, tried to ban the Christmas trees from the Abbey because they were Pagan symbols. The idea was quietly dropped when he was told that the trees were given to the Abbey each year by the Queen. As always with the Christian Church, they talk about following ‘Jesus’ and &amp;lsqu! o;God’, but then submit their beliefs to the hierarchy of the State rather than stand up for their principles.

‘Christmas’ is but one example of how the beliefs, rituals, symbols and society structure of Babylon has been imposed upon the planet to create the ‘Global Babylon’ we are seeing today.

Happy Holidaze!@$

How much do you know about the U.S. government's involvement in your life? Answer the three questions below ... see how you do! (Correct answers are at the bottom of this page.)
Congress first attempted to impose an income tax in 1894. The Supreme Court struck the tax down as unconstitutional. In 1913, Congress amended the Constitution in order to impose an income tax without being overridden by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court responded to the 16th Amendment by:

A. Respecting Congress' power to alter the Constitution as it sees fit and declaring the Income Tax Act legal.

B. Refusing to hear any cases brought before it challenging the Constitutionality of the income tax and therefore allowing the law to stand.

C. Ruling that the 16th Amendment conferred no new power of taxation in the cases Stratton Independence v. Hobart, Southern Pacific v. Lowe, Bowers v. Kirbo Empire and five others, meaning -- the income tax is unconstitutional.

Because the Federal Reserve is a private consortium of banks and not a government institution of the people, an amendment to the Constitution had to be ratified to surrender to them the power to create money. Which Amendment to the Constitution took the power away from Congress to control money and put it in the hands of wealthy private bankers?

A. 16th

B. 23rd

C. 33rd

D. The Constitution was never amended and therefore the Federal Reserve's activities are unconstitutional.
