So...there we are...at the gates....luckily i was the one who bought the tickets and i have my one AND the receipt for the other two...we sheepishly go over to the ticket tent still unsure as to whether this will be enough...the woman in the tent ...

The setting is amazing!!!....A small sandy beach with the hill rising sharply behind curving around to form a natural amphitheatre...ancient pohutakawa trees all around lit up with different coloured floodlights...mainstage right on the beach...DJ stage back up the hill...everyone is happy and smileing...so much to see and do i want to spontainiously divide myself into... read more

Friday:Hidive secures use of a suitable vehicle for the adventure...a 'desert storm' coloured Lada station wagon...and bounces onto a ferry from georgeous waiheke Island(base of the 3 B/B's)and into the heart of Auckland City to collect said vehicle...short detour to purchase $30 worth of glowies and blinkies from a $2 shop...and then down to the ferry to collect the bo... read more

Oh HiDive where to begin....I have so many wonderful memories, the first of which is Dave and Ingrid's beautiful wedding, their vows bought tears to my eyes, and I'm not a soppy romantic (i didn't even tear up watching titanic!) it was by far the sweetest wedding I've ever been to, with a kick ass after party! Since then I've enjoyed hangin' out at the domes with HiDive and Chris, I even ran from a party at 5am, in bare feet, just for some hugs and to watch the sunrise over the new year. I never really appreciated just how good HiDive's hugs were until Kiwiburn, he was always there at the perfect time (looking like a life size teddy bear in his fluffy coat) for an Emily-Zeut-HiDive-Dougal group hug. Basically he's an e-tard's dream. Not to mention he's always keen to rock out to some ass-shakin house beats at any time of the day or night. What's not to love? I haven't found anything yet and i doubt i ever will! :)

If you're seeking a calm and mundane demeanor, a relaxing time, to wax poetic on the idiosyncratic nature of what you love most about being well-mannered...STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS!!! I love 'em, he's fun's avatar, and there's no way you could keep up with him, and with that amazing laugh of his, there's no way to lose him.
