Well, I've made a lot of changes in the last several weeks. First off, Carrots and Broccoli are a staple snack in my house. Secondly, I have managed to get somewhat used to Diet Cherry Coke. ( I don't care what anyone says though: it will never be the same.) Smaller portions, and getting off my butt have resulted in a 10lb weight loss! So now we only have another 10 to go! How is everyone else doing?

Well, it's that time of year again....The bathing suits are already at the Target, and the thought of wearing one terrifies me!
