Pamela,
oh sweet Pamela. Whenever I see Pamela, I feel complete joy fill every cell of my body. She just has that kind of effect on people. Pamela is SO funny, that she makes me feel like I'm the funny one! If I ever want to let off some steam, Pamela is the perfect person to help me connect deeply with my higher self and laugh away anything that might be troubling me. Pamela is a healer and a gifted story teller -- and these two things work well together. She's such a good healer, that she makes me think that I'm the one doing the healing, when really, it's her! Awe, Pamela is just Awesome. I'm sure she's got a dark side to her, but her extremely bright light gives me a friggin' tan. If ever there is a chance to spend time with Pamela, I'm the first in line to be exposed to her shinning, healing, incredible smile. She just makes me feel so good. Even to think about her warms and sooths me. I love you, Pamela. Thank you for being born.

I reflect on this past winter, especially on the last few weeks, where I had a plan that wasn't the best plan for me. Letting go of what I thought I wanted, created from the dream going on like movies in my head. The dream was nice, the reality was not. Yey. I feel like blogging now is the only way to keep up on emails, since I don't have much time and access to it. I love contact dance..which was the first week of classes. It was soo foreign to me before now and even though I had resistance to learning it, since it was not my style of breakbeats..it is adding new vocabulary to my body and connections to the metaphors of how I relate... read more
