What I want to say is:
Intense Intensive
Thu, January 11, 2007 - 3:25 PMYey. I feel like blogging now is the only way to keep up on emails, since I don't have much time and access to it.
I love contact dance..which was the first week of classes. It was soo foreign to me before now and even though I had resistance to learning it, since it was not my style of breakbeats..it is adding new vocabulary to my body and connections to the metaphors of how I relate to others in life through the dance.
My awareness of my judgement of others and myself, have really been amplified in this new group setting. Letting go of preconceived notions of how I would like things to be or if others would only know how else to move or respond..it could be "better".
Great woman I live with, so conscious and open to exploring our feelings and thoughts. A new friend mentionned we could have times where we explore violent communication, rather than non-violent, in which we tell each other what each others lessons are and how we think they would be better off. Haa, haaa..lots of laughs and wierdness around me as always.
Some options of possible moves for march..which I will not mention right now..since you would all think I am crazy.
I know that I will be eventually lead back to Nelson by the spring...summer. Financially I am open to creating new options for myself which will lead me too....?
I met up with Jessica, who I met on the Sunshine Coast years ago, and am looking forward to connecting more with her. She lives in Arcata, and just opened a holistic body space, and makes and sells tribal clothing..
This place is so much like Nelson in ways..except much bigger. I can't wait to go to see what there larger gatherings are like.
I feel so in my element, and am thinking of ways to connect more people from different areas.. I am hoping to receive more financial stability and certainy to accomplish this.
I hope that all you nelsonites are getting cuddly and warm. I love and appreciate our small town so much...did you know, you can't just walk down any town's main street and see a dozen smiling amazing people everywhere else?
Much love and wonderful warm deep soulful laughs to y'all (american influence in effect),
Pamela
