Late at night, on my moon, and very much longing for my salat, longing to touch my Qur'an. I was longing for the Divine Beloved with an ache. A sister happened to send this picture to me late in the night amid it. I was reminded that the Qur'an says that God is nearer than our jugular vein. How could I long for what does not leave me? He resides in the heart of every believer. Ameen.

I just saw that I've had 2024 profile views. Hmm, is that creepy or not? I'm not sure. They can see me but I can't see them. Sort of like talking to a lady in a burqa. What about the year 2024, where will we be? I hope to be married, have raised my 3 boys to be happy, beautiful and content people, maybe have a few more to do the same with. I hope to still be blissfully happy, doing something challenging, something interesting, something fun, something selfless,something crazy, and something wonderful.

Once in awhile I feel sorta crazy and do things you might think dumb, Like tickling a worm on his underneath and making him wiggle his thumb, Then I find a cat and pull his trunk and sing a song with a dog, And kiss a cow and ride a snake and eat my lunch with a hog. ---- Hmm, I don't remember where that came from. It reeks of stupidity, is from the nether regions of my childhood memories, and yet managed to get stuck in my head. It is sung to a tune...I spare you that part.
