Doing good deeds, however small

When I am shopping, I often let someone with fewer items go in front of me at the register. I did this last night at Trader Joes. When it was my turn, the cashier smiled and said, "That was really nice of you." I replied, with a smile, "Well, I can't change the world, but I can let someone go in front of me."

It was such a little thing, but it made an impression. Maybe we should all try it, and see what happens.

So I ask you, what will YOU do for your fellow man to show a little kindness?
