Gabriel...Gabriel...Gabriel. What can I say? He's an Angel. A messenger of ancient Gods. Archangel Gabriel, patron of deliverance...he delivers us sushi tasties, tasty kissies, and kissy coochies! did I say that???? Help me jeezus! I take it back! He's no Angel...he's the gawdfersakin Devil through and through! Drunk on the wine of his loins, you are defenseless! One look at that dashing smile and you're hooked on this swarthy hunk o love like the junkie that you are!

In Case You Were Wondering

Well, I certainly have been having a hard time with this jet lag thing. To the people who say it is more difficult going to Europe than coming back - I say "bullshit". Anyway, I am back. Italy was wonderful, and I really wish that I could have stayed there for much much longer. But, alas. One must come home, right? I mean bills need to be paid, and money has to be made. Makes coming home not seem so fun. Anyway, I took some pictures while I was in Italia. If you would like to take a ... read more

Time flies by when you are having fun... or so they say. Personally, it feels like time moves more slowly. I left for Vancouver on the 1st of the month and already that seems like it was ages ago. I spent day one tooling around with S and S (my father and his wife) and then met my fairly new step sister for dinner. We spent the next couple of days at a hotspring resort North of Vancouver and then returned for a day of sight seeing and shopping. I then hopped on a place back to San Franci... read more

Well, February looks like it will be an adventure. I am leaviing for Vancouver first thing tomorrow morning. I will be back on the 5th and then I am leaving for Rome on the 6th... through the 14th. I decided to go on Sunday and purchased my ticket yesterday. The Italy trip should be an adventure. I don't know exactly where I am staying or what I am doing, but I think it will all fall into place. Yeee Hawww.

P.S. Brian - I sure am glad I don't have a job!

Besides for my dog not loving me enough, life has been kinda tough this year - and it just started. I could boo hoo, but it wouldn't help any, so I won't.

But leave it to Oakland to crack you up. This is the 4th dog I have picked up off the street. The little guy is a bruiser. Any takers? He is spending the night in the back of my pickup. I am going to drop him off at the non kill shelter in Berkeley tomorrow morning.

So... I have been making food for Winnie (my dog) for a couple of months now. At first I threw a chicken back or two into her bowl and called it dinner. She loved it. After some research online I decided that just chicken backs for dinner probably wasn't the best meal, so I started adding some greens, a piece of apple, or whatever else that seemed right into the mix. I would make her dinner and then make me dinner... but this got to be a pain in the ass. So I made a couple of batches in ... read more
