Moving Mom (blog entry) As some of you know, Mom was not supposed to be alive this year. Instead, she's getting better! I brought her to live in Cottesmore in Gig Harbor this week. (12 hours in a converted van from Napa.) She stood, more or less, today, using a bar i... read more

Mark's First Blog Entry... Ever (blog entry) What do you do when you're home, sick? You catch up on old stuff. (And do Barry White imitations with your temporarily low voice.) So, here are my responses to the fifty questions.

My Blog

As some of you know, Mom was not supposed to be alive this year. Instead, she's getting better! I brought her to live in Cottesmore in Gig Harbor this week. (12 hours in a converted van from Napa.) She stood, more or less, today, using a bar in the rehab center. Kay is a wonderful help, and we will be able to visit Mom much more often than my brother was able to in California.

Anybody up for singing to a bunch of old folks in Cottesmore? Faire garb should REALLY confuse some of them!... read more

1. Who was the last person to call you baby?
I don't recall it ever happening.

2. When shopping at the grocery store, do you return your cart?
No. I wait until I finish shopping.

3. If you had to kiss the last person you kissed, would you?
Yup. It was my incredible wife, Kay.

My Testimonials

August 15, 2007
Mark is fabulous. And even if he DIDN'T try and make me fat by giving me millions and millions of cookies, I would still love him. But the cookies add a nice touch. He always comes up with something random and funny that I always remember, from making brooms from scotch broom (because it only makes sense), to throwing teddy bears and penguins at people. Mark also has this ability to make normal sentences like "That's appaling." be down right hysterical. You're the best, Blot!
