My husband and I have just returned from our first PDF and I just have to say what an amazing time we both had! I did three cartwheels for a delicious grilled cheese sandwhich and I never thought I'd see the day when my normally shy husband would be swinging around a stripper pole for an alcoholic beverage. The level of equal participation and acceptance from everyone you came into contact with was astounding.
