My Blog

If you look carefully, you'll see a very small dot/shadow in the lower third of the canvas, in a blue area in the middle. That's a very small green mosquito that just happened to fly right into the painting the moment I was done with it... and I decided to leave him in there. Its miniscule gossamer wings are very pretty. I think realism has its place in art!

The good doctor is a wonderful thought provoking sounding board. Thanks to him I've unlocked another layer. There's always room on the big blue couch. Thanks Siggy!

Sigmund is one of the greatest doctors of our time as well as from a previous time. He has come back to help us all. I find his couch to be very relaxing and comfortable.

about me
I was born, or rather, REborn, on September 24, 1939 -- exactly one day after the death of the original Sig Freud. It took the powers-that-be less than 24 hours to present the world with a new and improved... HERR FREUD. At your service.

My couch is your couch.

Re: Sometimes a crabsucker is just a sucky crab. (in Ask Papa Freud) ... the mind of Freud. Oh, yes -- the GREAT mind of Freud.

Hang on. Let me consult my tarot cards.

Here we go: I see a cigar...

No. I see depression. Depression along the veins of the fine Cuban tobacco leaves. All rolled up and read... read more

Re: Correction (in Ask Papa Freud) So Johnny boy -- is this Crabby person an old acquaintance of yours? If so, how about a proper introduction...?!

No, need to fill in the blanks. Just wait a couple weeks and let us know how the radishes are comin' along.
