I believe art is healing and food can be medicine if used the right way. I am an artist and art therapist and I bring it to all I do. I work primarily out of my home. I have also recently decided to dedicate myself not only to my own health, but also to a wellness-centered career. I strive to live a naturally healthy and simplistic life and to teach by example.
