This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness
comes as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.

this is what I had been waiting for

this is nothing new
this has been going on for a long time
it just feels new
as its meant to
because I kept forgetting

I am both forgetting and remembering
dying and waking
like breathing this is life

in looking deeper
what is discovered
feels like an invitation

there is so much love that pours through
I see how it was held
perhaps for just a second
but even that is too much here

I walk in the truth of what I am
Embodied presence
Whatever comes my way I welcome and then set free.
Awake and innocent I move through space and it moves through me.

When art is created with intention and surrender both., something moves, expresses, creates and transforms. Form comes from nothing. Everything is being created from this emptiness and it transforms as it moves through space. We can experience this when there is no attempt to identify or hold onto it. We come together to set each other free, to see that which unifies not separates us. From the same source we are all expressions.
It is this awareness that brings everything to life, makes it holy and blesses it. I allow play in order to go deep! - the Holy Orders of the Holy Fool. Those who sense this Vastness can walk in truth and serve all.
