Believe it or not I got here through a 4 month master composting training. Much of our weekly comunication was by e-mail. So one of the last hold outs is here. My hands are usually in water, dirt, paint or food. While I've been in the kitchen, working as a chef, things, have really changed. I've been away from what's been happening in the on line world. The last recording I did in a bedroom on pro- tools, blew my mind,so much easier, the sound, well out with the old I guess. I was recently given a Mac Laptop by a friend, so I'm making time to get current. It's taking me a while but I'm getting there. I am currently working on stepping stones for M.C. booth at S.M. county fair, co teaching compost workshops, working on a cook book and launching a line of Seasonal Hot Sauces, Pestos, Chutneys and jellys. Meanwhile be patient with me as soon as I figure out how to get photos on here I will. thanks, back to cooking..
