Wow, too true...I am finally just now starting to learn what mental tapeplayer not to listen to (the reactive, depressive thinking), and what is *really* my personality reacting. I'm sure that seems so simple to people who haven't been through it....

Yes, but we've just started...we're working out all the kinks, knowing each other's triggers and what works/doesn't work to help bring about balance again. Your advice has been really helpful Survivor! You're so insightful and really frame things ...
