I am a hoop dance teacher and one of the co-founders of
HOOPING HARMONY.
We are a New England based company dedicated to bringing health, wellbeing and joy
though hoop dance and hoop fitness classes.
We also craft extraordinarily bright and beautiful collapsible, rechargeable LED hoops.
They simply make the very cells of your body begin to sparkle with delight in the light!!!

One of the things that I love most about this company, is that I co-founded Hooping Harmony with my mother!
She is the best business partner that anyone could ever hope for, not to mention a fabulous hooper and teacher.
Together we bring passion, play and dynamic awareness for a whole new perspective in the hoop for your body, mind and spirit.

I have a great love for life in all of it's many facets and faces.
I love seeing the joy on peoples faces when they learn that YES they can hoop dance.
I love how people who would never normally socialize can come together while hooping and find common ground.
I love waking up each morning happy to go create and invent something new and beautiful or practical.
I love learning to pay attention to the world around me so that even in places
that I have lived for awhile everything stays fresh and new.
I love to make sure that I keep my reality up to date with who people have become and are NOW,
so that I never hold them to their past.
I love learning, playing, creating, laughing, dry humor, consciousness, quantum physics and to love fully each day.
I love movement of all kinds and right now I am learning to contact juggle. (I am in the dropping it all the time stage)
