Gidget is a bit of bedrock from Black Rock. She is one of the foundations upon which Burning Silicon rests and does a phenomenal job of keeping things on track. Her warmth and open-handed attitude made it easy for a newcomer like myself to feel welcome and comfortable in the midst of so many new acquaintances. Surf through the fire with Gidget and know that you are among friends.

Gidget is my hero! She found me still in shock from my first burn and looking for connection, picked me up off the ground, dusted me off, and said "welcome friend; I'll hold your hand in this new world". She's very wise, and sees what people need to have and have to give, so she gave me the gift of helping me instigate insanely fun ways for lots of people to connect. She's an organizer, and the big reason we now have a burning community here in the South Bay instead of a burned out desert. She knows how to create and experience immense joy, and can generate enough ecstasy inside herself to light up everyone around her without any artificial assistance at all. She's a teacher, and from her I have learned some amazing things about love, intimacy, sexuality and friendship that now give me ecstatic rushes. She's also an amazing partner; I know that from the fire in sCary's eyes and hers every time I see them together. I love that fire and hope it lasts forever, and I love the woman that fuels much of the fire in Silicon Valley. Gidget, you're my hero!

Gidget and I met at a Burning Man function back in May. Since then...well we have made magic together. Open, honest ,happy and quite together. She is one fine woman. We did an intergalactic tour through Burning Man this year and a week later did a romantic trip to Amsterdam. This girl rocks my world!!!
