Post-op MTFTM (male to female to male transsexual)-- Gay male who has had (as of 5/21/2012) complete sexual reassignment surgery (castration, vaginoplasty,etc) and breast augmentation (how's that for a body mod!)-- will present as a "man" after surgery. (despite having breasts and a vagina). YES, THIS IS TOTALLY SERIOUS -- I HAVE HAD ALL THIS SURGERY DONE!!! I had my TESTICLES REMOVED, my PENIS surgically CONVERTED INTO A VAGINA, and I got BREAST IMPLANTS. Into men with breasts and/or breast implants as well as men with superhuge pecs and/or pec implants -- love big nipples and areolas. Currently on estrogen but will be going on testosterone replacement therapy post surgery. Into lingerie, heels, makeup, painted nails, leather, tattoos, piercings, kink (and, of course, guys into those things.)
My post-surgery appearance will be that of an FTM with breasts.
Oh, one more thing: I went through this irreversible surgical modifcation of my body BECAUSE I WANTED TO. I am NOT interested in being dominated, or being submissive, or looking for a master or mistress to forcibly feminize me.
(I am not talking about ordinary, mutually consensual bondage, which I like.)

We're starting off with 600 cc implants because of my breast growth from estrogen (which I've finished taking), which the surgeon will try to overfill to 725-775cc..

(When all is complete, I should look like a pre-op FTM!)
