I am a silly girl but I take everything far too seriously these days, and I gotta stop ut. I lead a slightly isolated life in the middle of a beautiful, complicated city. I have excellent luck. I like symmetry and asymmetry just about the same. I find the combination of sadness and sweetness way more sad than just plain sadness, and also beautiful. Lately I think that I enjoy people more from a distance, but then realize that when you get up all close in der business, you can commune with all the best stuff-the smile lines and sleepy breathing, the raw edges and the hidden treasures-everybody gots em-, funny fweckles, the scar tissue on the heart muscles and the kind of laughing that turns it into buttah, all the little cells, molecules, parasites, germs and bugs, energy and idiocynscrasies that make you YOU. I like dese.
I am grateful for the numerous opportunities I have to express myself. I like raw food. I like dressing like a lady and burping like a large man. I like birds, and cephalopods.
I like being here.

okay..... I HAVE to do this, cuz I'm a BIG dork for Sharon! Sharon, I was so glad to get to know you EVEN more while you stayed with us in Pittsburgh.... I gushed on you the whole time you were here and I'm I'm gushing over the internet now!
I think that you are like a gramma... even tho you're younger than me, you made me and many others feel as though you were there for us in class and in general... you have this old granny feel, like you have all the patience in the world for people. It really makes me feel like theres so much room for mistakes and you have our backs. Like you accept everyone no matter what. You are so generous and really taught me alot about sincerity and appreciation for others. You are seriously one of the most healthy kind, warm, generous and compassionate people I have ever met. I love that you embody these philosophies that people read about. but don't apply... and you seem to live it. I really appreciate everything that you left in your wake here in Pittsburgh... THE seriously amazing workshops(I LOOOOOVE the 2nd choreo beyond words!)...and your kind nature.... and to top it all off.... you like metal. That just makes you better than sliced bread... or twinkies, or whatever is really cool.
