So what do you do when someone won't pay a large sum of money back?? Not even the 1st sched. payment of a loan or even a partial of the 1st payment ......nadda zip zilch ...it's been over a year since the money was loaned, and it's been many many months of knowing when the 1st installment was due and still nothing. Full of excuses, this and that ....no idea at all when any money will come my way.......but they still manage to buy what they want and go where they want and do whatever they want.......EXCEPT pay ME a fucking dollar ....small claims court is out, so it'll have to be civil court....
