I need somewhere to live:

Either: a room to rent from someone, preferably in north/west Oakland/south Berkeley/Emereyville area, but I'm open to other places in the city or east bay.

Or(possibly): 2 people to take over rooms in the place I already live, at Aileen and San Pablo, North Oakland near Berkeley/Emeryville. The other guys are moving, but my landlord is cool, and the neighborhood is decent. One smallish room, One bigger, long narrow room.
