Need Party Ideas, FAST!

I am really in a pickle... Megan has been planning a birthday party for 2/15 at Pump It Up (a place filled with bounce houses), but she has fractured one of her vertebrae and needs 10 weeks in a back brace... She ain't doing any bouncing if I have anything to say about it. Thing is she is really sad and I need to find a great party idea fast. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it! Last year we did Winchester house - she has some weakness in her legs and isn't up to all the stairs.

Rent a cool suite in SF. Everyone sleeps over, has a day in the city doing fun stuff there. Therese and Rydell often get a place at The Cathedral Hill Hotel (I think that's the name, it used to be the Jack Tar Hotel).
All go on a themed train trip with food/ games.
Rent a boat and go out sailing/motoring again with food and stuff to do while on board.
Calistoga spa day with friends.
Give her a rain check for Pump It Up for when she's healed.

Thanks, Sharon! I definitely am giving her a raincheck on pump it up. :-) I was thinking out loud and mentioned "cotton candy machine" and "chocolate fountain" and all of a sudden she wants to have a party at home!
