Not many know of the lonliness of the long distance runner. Few have experienced the sensation of training alone. Having only your thoughts and a camera with you for training companions as you constantly and consistantly put yourself in harm's way as to train and be ready for the unexpected. The untrained eye rarely sees the moments behind the jump. The hours of conditioning and repetitions involved with each movement. Come one and come all and see Levity (Randal) and Somethin' Else (Shayen) perform at the Enchanted forest this Saturday Evening on May 10th. Doors open at 7pm. It will be a acrobatic yoga/ partner balance rendition in the likes of which have never been seen before!! Eyes will widen and jaws will drop as the two fly, flip, twist about the stage with a grace and power that could only be summoned by the collective synergy that these two guys have together. Be prepared to be amazed.

I feel there are 3 major physical states the body can reside in.
1 sickness
2 well/healthy
3 fit/fitness

I have cruised comfortably in the #2 category for a while but to achieve my goals and circus desires I must break through to the next level. I am pursuing fitness in all its raw and naked forms. I want to be fit .

Besides being a acrobat, goof, pyrokenetic artist, burner, traceur, freestyle dancer, & artisan...I am also a strength/conditioning coach and personal trainer. My goal is cater my skills to meet the needs of the burner crowd and to the various Vaudevillians. One of my specialities is parkour. (See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkour for what parkour is.)
