about me
i like hammers and fire and acid. i work very hard, and sometimes think i don't play enough. i have utterly failed at picking a gender or choosing a sexual orientation. Acetylene gets me hot. I try to physically and mentally exhaust myself everyday. i love clean fluffy sheets and tea.

Yes

A friend of mine died today. I just saw him last night- I already miss him. I'm so aching and sad and helpless feeling for his partner, my beautiful friend and such a kick-ass girl-she's doing so great.

drinkin' whiskey and looking at naked pictures.

love to you bill.

We're having a rare quiet evening on the island. we're watching movies and sipping tea. I feel pretty and cared for. I miss A so badly I can hardly breathe.

So I've been a metalsmith most of my life. It's in many ways the best thing on earth- I would rather do what I do than anything else. I feel that jewelry and adornmant fufill a need as real as food and shelter, and that creating beauty is an act of rebellion, revolution- something as inherently helpful to society as science and medicine. Sometimes rather more so. I've also always had a uncomfortable relationship with the larger industry side of what I do- The big daimond companies, the sweat... read more
