We're sending Dave on his way to Alaska with a big bang! We're gonna miss you, Dave. We're celebrating Paula's Birthday in style! Here's the scoop...

Join Jenna Brooke Smith Saturday, October 11 as she brings Moria Chappell to St. Albans, WV for a workshop and show!

Moria will be teaching her intense Tribal Belly Dance Boot Camp in which students will learn the drills and exercises for intense muscular isolation, 4 different shaped shimmies, and conditioning to develop the glutes for crisp hip work. Finally...I'm making the step. I've been contemplating it for years, and I found it...the right timing, right program, right location...everything seems right. I chose the program offered by Stephanie Keach, the director of Asheville Yoga Studio, to further my education.
