Max,
Having completed another Molly Ivens book not long ago, I'm now having some trouble understanding the point of this article. From what I've read in the Ivens book and from keeping up with the news through the "Washington Post," it would seem that this article is nothing more than a compilation of previous Bush proposals and statements, It adds nothing new to the current debate. Furthermore, why would gay and lesbian Americans want a tax cut anyway? They'd just squander it on Broadway shows! Mike |

With an agenda that consists mostly of tax cuts (which should be called tax deferments, unless we never have to pay off government debt) and war, how can a proposal from this administration be anything but reiteration?
