Ok, eight things about me...not sure where to start

...I spent some time over in Germany with my husband and would love to live there!

i understand that things happen...i wish i could be there to support you right now. i hate the feeling of being powerlesss with all the crap you are going through. i am so lucky to have you. you are my soul mate in this world. others search a lifetime for what i have with you. you come home safe to me and the girls. i dont care what you have to do to accomplish that. remember always that i love you dearly. hang in there, its almost over.

Chris just left to go back to Iraq to finish out his tour and it was worse this time than the first time. I knew it would be though, especially for Jess and Kate. One day at a time though. And when I get really down, I know I can count on my friends at Mecca (thanks for listening to me vent!) and this picture of Jess, Kate and Chris. Utter chaos with all of them around, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

just to let cha know, my husband flies on blackhawk helicopters. i had the chance to go to a local park here today and see one from his unit. it made me so proud of him and the rest of his unit to see the awe in the faces of visitors who got to get up close to the blackhawk today, and when it took off to see the faces upturned and kids waving like crazy. all i could think about is that is what my man does. i miss him terribly but i couldn't be more proud of him than i am today.
