about me
I'm a guitarist and song-writer easing my way through an all-to-familiar life. I'm looking to expand myself artistically, spiritually, and socially. I love to write, to sing, to dance, to play music, and to watch and experience others doing the same. I'm here at the Grass Valley Sivananda Yoga Ashram, and its surprisingly comfortable and familiar. The kitchen reminds one of those you might find at Lothlorien in Berkeley, except that it is clean. The lodging is modest but comfortable, and houses little but my sleeping body for the 6-7 hours I sleep. The schedule is not as difficult as I may have thought at one point.
