I'm a tribal belly dancer. I began dancing after seeing a belly dancer somewhere....i dont remember where :P, and i was just amazed. I have been dancing ever since i was about 10 and was inspired to do tribal/tribal fusion after seeing the indigo belly dance.I was especially inspired by Rachel Brice and her awsome dance skills! ^.^ My favorite dancer in all the universe is Zoe Jakes. she is the queen of awesomeness!! XD keep on being awesome, zoe! I love all of their uniqueness. uniqueness inspires me because i believe that it's stupid to want to be exactly like somebody else. Everyone should just be themselves.
My stage name for performance and future stuff is Dea Di Metallo. Thanks to the lovely peeps over in the tribal belly dance tribe for helping me come up with that one ;)

I finally got my corset that i bought at the renaissance faire! it's very nice! Service to get it was sucky but the product was good :D. I got it at the Escondido Renaissance Faire. .....and yes...its on upside down lol.........

We are standing in the line to get the tickets and there are these creepy guys with chainsaws and axes and huge blades chasing people all over the place and scaring the crap out of people and we get jumped by one and it scares us all tooo deatthhhh! on top of that they are playing this extremely disturbing gory horror movie on a huge... read more
I dont like our new assigned costumes for the b. bazaar.....they r blaaaaaand :[ it's basically a veil in whick will be held onto our heads by a fugly chuncky braided headband, then a hipscarf, a really ugly long sleeved choli, and a regular ol' coin belt.(and then of course harem pants and a black cotton skirt.....) I just dont like it at all :[. o well i guess i have to suck it up and wear the thing......at least i get to dress pretty on the cruise and at the ren faire ^.^ both are coming u...

yay the renissance faire is coming up! I'm going with my tribe. I want to go to the tribal caravan but idk if i can. I still need to finish my costume for it tho. I dont have anything because i find it imposible to find any tribal fusion stuff anywhere.my studio has a few belts but thats it. the rest of the stuff is egyptian and lebinese and all that 80s looking beaded stuff.
