Strange and grotesque.
It's another two weeks until I graduate from the wonderful world of film preservation, AND i didn't mention to all my buddies here that I won a paid-for fellowship to the San Francisco Silent Film Festival!! Whoot! I will spend the following three weeks preserving a film in good ol' SF and then the film will be presented at next year's San Fran Silent Film Fest. How about them apples?

This is just a moment of contemplating tinged ever so delicately with curiosity, but...
Who teaches ATS or tribal fushion-y goodness in L.A. that has good reputation, form, and such? I'm not saying I'll be moving there when I graduate, but it is often looking that way. I just want to start thinking of where I'll be and get all of my ducks lined up and polished. This year's gonna go fast. I can feel it.

Does anyone know any good tribal-y or Indian import shopping in Toronto? I'm going tomorrow for a few days and I feel a little shopping will cure what ails me! Or shoes.... I am always looking for shoes!

Soooo... I am moving to Rochester, NY in August for school and I really want to keep up with my belly dance. Does anyone know any belly dancers out there (preferably tribal)? Teachers, etc.?
