Light
“I take your energy fully into my being. I accept all aspects of you and I allow you to accept all aspects of me, if you will. I draw to us universal energy, sharing myself fully with the all-that-is. I allow stored energies to release through me, giving up all that isn’t mine, drawing forth and releasing all that will flow through me.
I take your energy into my soul, gently handling what you give me. I am cautious to follow my own inspiration, knowing I am with me and you are with you, and that we’re both here for each other. I see how the energy moves through my body in exactly the appropriate manner to facilitate your energy in moving through your body. I see and feel your body as my own. I see the wisdom and the power of the universe as it flows through each of us together. There’s nothing outside this spectrum of energy we’re creating together, and there’s nothing inside it, either. We are as one empty vessel, transmitting the combined knowledge of the universe by our intent and our focus. Energy moving in and out because we choose to allow the universe to flow through us in a way which is appropriate in this moment. Our intent is to follow our combined intuition completely; our focus is entirely on our bodies and their needs. There is no mind. There is no thought. There is only the flow of energy and the innate wisdom which flows with it. When we move, we move in unison, fueled only by the flow of universal energy through our bodies and our souls. We flow as one, moved by an unseen force that controls all, yet is in control of nothing. Our flow is at one time gentle and easy, then rhythmic, even percussive, then quiet and soft again. Nothing forced, nothing expected, no need to impress, or exaggerate. Simply this flow of energy, coming and going, ebbing and flowing, moving in and out, allowing full sensation, and yet no sensation at all. Feeling, and not feeling at the same time. Giving, and receiving. Taking, and giving back. Allowing this beautiful flow of universal loving energy to continue unabated for as long as mandated by the universe. No effort whatsoever; simply energy flowing in and out, and through each of us. Flowing this way for what may seem like forever, or perhaps for but an instant, since in this state, there is no time. Then, allowing the flow of energy to end as naturally as it began. Releasing all generated energy, and the need to express in any way. Releasing all that may have surfaced. Letting all flow through easily and gently; no need to ever force anything. Letting this process be a natural flow of energy. Letting this aspect of life be a gentle flow. Each of us flowing on the same wave. Flowing to the same rhythm. Feeling all, and feeling nothing. Seeing all, and seeing nothing. Knowing all, and knowing nothing. Nothing to know, nothing to not know. Seeing the rhythm of the universe. Seeing the flow of all energy. Knowing the pace with which all flows through everything, and being in perfect harmony with that pace. Pacing yourself so you can feel all that travels through you. Feeling what it’s like to be in your present form, and to be in no form at all.” |
