My Blog
We've decided to not go on a trip and instead stay home to work on us as a couple. We're a good couple already, but there's always room for improvement in any relationship. The nursery will remain as it is. One day we'll be ready to try again to be a family. But for now we will be a family of two.

I've taken up my cycling again, for my health and a chance to get away and think all by myself. We ride together sometimes, but he's more into seeing how many miles he can do. I can barely do 3 ... read more 
Some very unfortunate events have transpired in my life recently. None of which I had any control over whatsoever. The first week of March I became seriously ill with a dangerously high fever. I went to the hospital but they had no success bringing it down. I suffered a miscarriage while in the hospital. The baby, a girl, was still born. I was told that the effects of having such a high fever for so long had done too much damage for the baby to survive. He used the term...'like being in a pre...

Wow, it's been a while. Things are going wonderful for us. My belly is slowly swelling and he's just oozing fatherly pride. We found his (now ex) contracted an STD from the man she was having an affair with behind his back. Had a moment of panic so we both got tested. All is clean and well. We've taken up cycling for fitness and fun together. Also found out that the baby is going to be a girl.:) We're very excited and pleased about that. So, the trip I posted about in my last entry was a wonderful time for both of us. We grew closer as a couple and are even more confident and secure in our future together. I'll post pics as soon as I figure out how to work cable thingy. I'm techno challenged.:(
