about me
Hey, I'm a freshman in college, I am majoring in music. I want to be a piano teacher. I'm not too good at humor, my sense is pretty cheasy. I might come off as "slow" in that department. I'm generally a pretty quiet person but get to know me and I'm loud and weird. I sometimes say what just popped into my head, and sometimes that is not a good thing. I'm looking for friends to talk to and hang out with, and thats one thing I am looking forward to for this fall as a freshman in college! I like to read, I always have, but within the past couple years I haven't had much time to. Amongst my favorite books are:
Angels and Demons by Dan Brown
Ring by Koji Suzuki
The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown
The Inferno by Dante Alegheri
The Harry Potter Series (1-6) by JK Rowling.
The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde
I really want to get back into the habit of reading again. I like making things with my hands, which is why I like playing the piano so much. Right now I'm working on a Dream Catcher...I liked making the web but the bead work is tedious! Most of my friends from high school work a lot, so I haven't seen much of any of them over the summer. I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend, which is good but I would like to have a girl friend to just hang with and talk to. Some of my favorite bands include:
H.I.M.
Tool
A Perfect Circle
Stone Temple Pilots
Garbage
No Doubt (their older stuff)
NIN
Disturbed
The Beatles
and so much more from several genres. When it comes to movies I am not picky, I generally just enjoy movies. I so far have liked all of the M Night Shemylan (spelling?) movies I have seen. Then one movie that sticks out in my mind as one i did not enjoy was the live action Inspector Gadget movie....so painful to watch. Well, I'm not going to ramble on much longer...send me a message sometime.
