...and if i get lost along the way, I will find you and know that I am with family.
Thank you for helping to find myself and loose myself at the same time.
i love you! I love you Reggie!

in the small amount of time i have known this amazing woman,
i have been completely blown away.
biggest blessing i have had in a long, long time.
the more i discover about her, the more i want to know.
there's a depth there that i can't help but want to dive into!
what a wonderful & beautiful being.
she inspires me, rewires me.
makes me wanna shine like the frikkin sun!
much love to the one & only j-dog.
she rules this cat's world
This woman...this explorer...this capoeistra...this seeker...this soul~~is my best friend. She and I began our adult experience together as college roommates. Over the years...we've shared our mistakes, our loves, our vices, our hopes, our homes, our stories, our frustrations, our laughter, our tears, our tampons...and now---our 30's...all in the name and the essence of true friendship. ;-) She is my sister in spirit. She is my sister in essence. She is family. Whether she's traversing the landscapes of Kenya or loving the souls in Brazil or making her rounds round this country of ours or making her home in my town (fucking finally! ...hehehe) ...I know that she will always be in my heart and mind. She will always be my best friend.
I *so* love you...fellow blumhead!! ;-) Don't ever fucking forget it... you hear? ;-) ;-)
All right folks, I have successfully lost my phone, and along with it all of its respective phone numbers. So, I'm going back to my little black book - and I want all of you in it! Email me your info and I will be most grateful!
I am not one to blog, but damn I am impressed with the coverage the Vox did on my experience and views on African dance. They even have a great video with Reggie dancing and talking about her moves. It is in this weeks international issue - www.voxmagazine.com
