What to do when you know your taste buds have betrayed you?? Where should you turn to then? I am taking a stand against my picky and conditioned taste buds and telling them I have had enough of their cravings. I plan on forcing every terrible tasting but good for me food down my throat until my body feels better from the trauma that I have been forcing upon it for the past 23 years...

Does anyone know of any meditation retreats being held anytime soon? Possibly in the mountains or on the West Coast but not limited to these areas? It would be nice to have an internal vacation, rather than one centered around external stimulants...
