      <title>Can you have it all ?</title>

      <description>&lt;div&gt;It has been a while since I have written anything, so here goes. &#xD;
1.  I did not do the Flying Pig Marathon  , I did not feel like I was properly trained , and ready to walk 26.2 miles , but there is always next year right. &#xD;
2.  I have been in kinda of a dancer funk.....I love dancing , I am addicted to the dance , a day without dance is like a day without sunshine, but yeah have been feeling  like I was in a slump. &#xD;
So it seems I was always going to shows, and never  in the shows so last week  I danced my first solo at the GMH.    It  was'nt the greatest , but it was'nt the worst thing people have ever seen.........&#xD;
So this weekend  I did a race , my first race this season....I came in 3rd place overall!      I may be rusty but I still got it baby! &#xD;
Anyway is it possible to have tw o loves , and practice and drill to do both hobbies correctly. &#xD;
To be a better dancer you have to drill , and practice. &#xD;
To be a fast walker you have to practice ( i am a racewalker  in case you have not guessed ) . &#xD;
&#xD;
So my question is .....can I have it all  ? &lt;/div&gt;</description>

      <title>Marathon Training</title>

      <description>&lt;div&gt;This  blog has nothing to do with belly dancing, but with my other passion.....race walking.   &#xD;
I am currently training to walk the Flying Pig Marathon on Sunday May 6.&#xD;
I have done 2 half marathons , and felt  mentally I am ready to do the whole marathon (26.2 miles). &#xD;
Well Saturday the training schedule called for me to walk 10 miles.    &#xD;
Honey let me tell you that was a long 10 miles.    I know that the more  I train , 10 miles will seem like a piece of cake.  I am still a little sore, but still looking forward to my long walk this coming Saturday , which will be 10 miles also.   During the week I walk but right now I only have to walk like 3-4 miles coupla of times a week. &#xD;

      <title>Energy Pills</title>

      <description>&lt;div&gt;Ok, this is my first blog.  It seems you get to talk about anything, and everything so here goes. &#xD;
&#xD;
This has been a very hectic week for me.   Work has been busy, trying to working out, and of course doing belly dancing drills. &#xD;
So yesterday I was feeling a little sluggish so I had a big cup of Joe, then after lunch  I was feeling a little tired so I took a "energy pill".     So before I went to belly dance class I decided  I needed a little bit more pep, so I took another "energy pill."       Well let me tell I was so jittery  in class .    I could not cue , or follow a cue.    It did'nt even dawn on me that it was the "energy pills "making my heart beat so fast .&#xD;
&#xD;
Morale of the story:  No more energy pills.&#xD;
&#xD;
There that was my first blog, now I am no longer a blog virgin.   : &gt; ) &lt;/div&gt;</description>
